Situation Recovery provides a safety net during a project’s lifetime. If we’ve been involved since the project’s inception, we won’t hang around. But you still have access to our base camp team at periods where you feel more vulnerable. If you need us for more hands-on project management, we can help you with our Peer Assist service.

We’ll get ‘boots on the ground’ as fast as we’re able—anywhere in the world. From the moment you call us, an advance party will typically be on-site within 48 hours, often quicker. In the past, only occasional visa issues prevented us from guaranteeing this. Today’s post-pandemic world presents new challenges. But we’re able to provide much of our project risk management advice—and even project rescue services—remotely.
