So far in 2013 we’ve completed a number of assignments and, as part of our close down process, reviewed with our clients the quality of delivery and service with a view to identifying where we have performed well and what improvements we can make as a firm.  Overall the results are positive with areas including Expertise, Quality of Service, Planning and Delivery all averaging scores of more than 8 out of 10 (excellent on our score range).

One area for improvement highlighted in early 2013 was management of client relationships.  We put in place actions to address this in the second and third quarters of this year and have already seen increases in scores as a result.
